Mass Intentions

For your convenience, you have two options to ask for and include your intentions in the Masses celebrated in our parish. You may:

1. Complete and include this form (filled out) with your offering of $10.00 per intention in an envelope and deposit in the mailbox outside of our parish office or
2. Enter the information below and send your donation electronically through PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. please make sure to add your confirmation # in the last field once you’ve sent your donation to us.
